Return Policy

We prioritize your satisfaction, and our commitment is to ensure your happiness with every product you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, our customer-focused Return/Exchange policy is here to address any concerns and make things right for you.

Please Note:

  1. Please do not use or wash the items for hygiene reasons.
  2. Keep the original packaging and tags on the product. We will not accept items without the original tags.
  3. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Make sure to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  5. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will pick up the product within 5-7 business days.
  6. Once the product is received at our end, we will process the refund after inspection of the item. The refunded amount should reflect in your account in 2 working days. Please note that refund payment would be only  processed to the account from where the payment is made. 
  7. Products bought during sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  8. Innerwear, Deo Spray, Hair Dyes, Perfumes, Custom Design Items, Original Seal broken items are non-returnable.
  9. It is recommended to make a unboxing / unpacking video as a proof for damaged product received, “product received damaged” would not be entertained without the video.
  10. Do not wash dye or bleach items, retain original constitution of the product.
